We are seeking a VP of Franchise Development to support our Franchise Development group!  If you’re interested, read on. This is a remote position, but requires some travel.

  • Proven experience working within broker networks

  • Proficiency in G-Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage overall franchise sales process
  • Set appropriate metrics for development team management
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets
  • Drive single unit sales, multi-unit sales and development plans to ensure company goals are met
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to provide information about the franchise opportunity
  • Guide prospective franchisees through due diligence, including financial assessments and background checks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new franchisees
  • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the sales process
  • Act as a liaison between prospective franchisees and the company’s leadership team
  • Ensure all franchise agreements and documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing franchise disclosure documents (FDDs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all franchise sales activities
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on market conditions and franchisee needs
  • Recommend improvements to the franchise sales process based on market insights
