What You’ll Do
- Qualify franchise candidates and assess their fit for our brand partners
- Manage and track all candidate activity in HubSpot CRM
- Schedule calls, meetings, and discovery steps
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support development directors to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Communicate promptly and professionally with all prospects
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar)
- Franchise experience is a plus
