FranDevCo is growing and looking for a Development Director to join our Franchise Development team.

What You’ll Do
Connect with and qualify franchise candidates from a variety of sources
Learn and represent multiple brands confidently throughout the discovery process
Host calls and webinars to educate prospects and generate new interest
Manage candidate activity and communication in Hubspot
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and brand partners
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with franchise regulations
Travel occasionally for Discovery Days, trade shows, and events
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage multiple candidates and close deals
Experience using HubSpot (or similar)
A proactive, ethical, and team-focused mindset
Franchise experience is a big plus
